Job Description
The role’s core functions are:
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Track children’s progress and report to parents
- Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lesson planning for the entire year for different preschool grades
- To carry out child centric and activity base classroom teaching
- To establish class control and discipline
- To establish regular interaction with student, parents and colleagues.
- To get involved in curricular and co-curricular activities, timely attendance maintenance
